Football Manager series, The Sims, SimTower, SimPark, Theme Hospital, SimCity, you name it, I’ve played it (except the Tropico series, I’m not quite sure if I want to start playing new franchises just yet). Then I googled “rollercoaster tycoon macbook” and found this website and followed their instructions.īasically, you get Crossover, purchase a $5.99 digital copy of RCT Deluxe from GOG.com, install the bottle and voila. Then I tried torrenting it - very stupid, I wasted five minutes trying to get it to mount. I looked for my old CD, which I have (Loopy Landscapes for the fucking win) and of course, it didn’t work because my dumb self didn’t get Parallels (nor do I have a spare Windows OS on hand).
So being the RCT addict I was, I had to wonder if I would be able to run it on my Macbook. I wrote about how I really wanted to play Rollercoaster Tycoon.
